OKIN GROUP has significantly enhanced its activities in Slovakia (16. 06. 2008)
OKIN GROUP, a. s. has consolidated its existing activities in Slovakia and established a new subsidiary there. Building on the five-year work of Slovak section of the company, OKIN FACILITY SK, s. r. o. will continue to provide and significantly enhance services in the facility management area. Milan Janoušek, Director of the Facility Management section of OKIN GROUP in Czechia, was entrusted with the management of the Slovak subsidiary.
The establishment of OKIN FACILITY SK is the answer to more and more frequent demands for the facility management outsourcing services on Eastern markets. “In Slovakia we successfully co-operate on a long-term basis with several companies in the area of hotel business and we are planning other projects. Besides facility management for production plants, logistic centers and office buildings we would like to focus on supporting services for hotels and government authorities," said Milan Janoušek, the executive of the Slovak OKIN FACILITY SK.
OKIN GROUP has been operating on the facility management market for 15 years and in business process outsourcing for 4 years. It belongs among the most important companies of the branch in the Czech Republic and now it is expanding eastward to conquer the markets there.
