Owners of the property are sent regular reports concerning the running and the condition of their building, moreover we procure all necessary materials for keeping due accounting records of the property and we also manage payments for services.
In this area we offer:
- Regular keeping of records connected with the building administration, divided separately into the area of repairs and maintenance, consumption of utilities and services connected with the use of the individual leased and common premises
- Establishing a fair way of dividing the operating costs and its subsequent adjustments, preparation of documents for the calculation of costs for utility consumption of individual consumers
- Setting and adjusting the amounts of deposits for services
- Invoicing deposits for services
- Accounting the actual costs of services, informing lessees about the service billing including balancing payments for services – overpayments/ underpayments
