Emergency Service

From 1st May 2010 our division OKIN OUTSOURCING has operated an emergency hotline, a non-stop call center for receiving, recording and a transmission of OKIN GROUP clients’ specific urgent requirements in order to minimize a time lag between an income of a requirement and its implementation, e.g. a removal of an accident.


The main activities covered by the emergency hotline:

  • Income of requirements (telephone, electronically)
  • Diagnosis and a precise specification of problems (we will find out where and what the problem is)
  • Registration of a requirement to the register
  • Immediate solution to the requirements or their transmission to a defined person (telephone, electronically)
  • Evaluation of the requirements and their implementation
  • Preparation of documents for billing and a settlement relating to the requirements
  • technology of a remote monitoring
