Possibility of selecting the co-operation method:
Outsourcing – the most common and usually the most advantageous type of co-operation, when the client transfers to us, as the main supplier, the selected activities to be performed. We then implement the outsourced activities as services through our own employees possibly accompanied by sub-contractor management.
Consultancy – our specialists will be fully available to you when dealing with the comprehensive as well as partial matters relating to supportive processes within your company.
Interim management – if you wish to make use of our know-how and experience, but you do not intend or you cannot transfer the supportive activities to an external provider. Our specialists will take over the temporary management of supportive activities, carry out the necessary measures leading to their optimisation and return them to the client. This type of co-operation is suitable also for organisations, which by operation of law are not entitled to the full VAT deduction from the services received.
