The OKIN FACILITY brand brings efficient solutions in the area of facility management, that is to say services connected with running and administering real estate and assets. We take over supportive non-production activities from clients, such as technical administration, cleaning, guarding, reception and postal services, waste management, power management, activities in the area of environmental protection etc. It concerns all activities not directly connected with the core business of our clients, in other words activities not generating profit.
OKIN FACILITY acts as the OKIN GROUP, a. s. Division in the entire Czech Republic. Furthermore OKIN FACILITY acts in Slovakia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Russia and Sweden.
